Hi! I'm Simon Addison. I am a young, experienced Highland piper with over 8 years of experience of solo and pipe band playing. I perform for weddings and civil ceremonies, funerals, Burns suppers, New year parties and many other events. I am based in Hereford, England but I can travel anywhere in the country.
What I do!
Getting married?
I have several years of experience performing for weddings and civil partnerships, and nothing beats the sound of the pipes on your special day! I can pipe as the guests arrive, pipe the bride into and out of the church, perform at your reception and can even take requests for music!
Funerals
I have performed at many, many graveside services and memorial events around the country. A lament or a slow air played by a lone piper at such an occasion is a very poignant and moving experience.
New year parties and Burns suppers
I can pipe guests into the party, then play for singing and dancing on the stroke of midnight. End the year on a high note!
