Simon has been professionally piping in the United Kingdom and beyond for over eight years. He has performed at weddings, funerals and special occasions including Burn's Dinners and New Years Eve Parties. His accomplished piping skill has been recognised over radio and television and also as part of several pipe bands throughout the country.
What Simon does;
Weddings and Civil Partnerships
He has several years of experience performing for weddings and civil partnerships, and nothing beats the sound of the pipes on your special day! He can pipe as the guests arrive, pipe the bride into and out of the church, perform at your reception and can even take requests for music!
Funerals
He has performed at many, many graveside services and memorial events around the country; a lament or a slow air played by a lone piper at such an occasion is a very poignant and moving experience.
New year parties and Burns suppers.
He can pipe guests into the party, then play for singing and dancing on the stroke of midnight. End the year on a high note!
